From 8th till 10th of December 2025, THEIA-XR has been present at the UnitedXR event, organized in Brussels. At our project booth, we presented all the demonstrators from our use cases. Additionally, parallel to the UnitedXR, the consortium held its last consortium meeting, where we discussed the final activities of the project and the upcoming final review meeting.
At the UnitedXR, the consortium participated in the following activities:
- EU Stand: During the entire event, visitor had the possibility to test out XR solutions integrated in the demonstrators and discuss with the experts out our stand all technologies, co-design, user needs, the guidelines on ethics and privacy.
- "Meet the EU funded project session", with Martijn Rooker presenting the THEIA-XR project
- "Co-desiginng XR features with off-highway vehicle operators", Presentation in track session by Sarah Bacher, Tanja Brodbeck; Manuel Kulzer, Sophie Doublet and Anastasia Sergeeva.
- Panel Session "Choose your own reality: Ethics, Identity and XR + AI", where Anastasia Sergeeva from partner UL participated
- Media Walkthrough contribution, presenting the THEIA-XR project to the gathered press
It was a great experience and an excellent opportunity to present our final results to a large audience and interact with the Euopean XR community!
